Winning the July 4th basket at the Christian
County Library was a “blast” for Cody Campbell from Sparta. His name was submitted by his mother,
Jillian. The prize, provided by Friends
of the Library, was a plastic storage container filled with books, games, and
summer toys. Cody is 6 and will be
entering 1st grade this fall at Sparta Elementary. He has been enjoying this summer reading his
favorite books on Curious George and Dr. Seuss, playing video games, and
swimming. His mom brings him and his
sister to the library where he takes out 10-15 books at a time.

of the Library seasonal gift baskets and also to see what materials are
available for check out – books, magazines, audio books, etc. - and what
services are available for use in the library – computers, photocopier,
